Hopefully Atlanta will get an Amex Centurion lounge and show them how a lounge is supposed to be. and enjoy a drink and a snack, head to a Priority Pass lounge. Give them a boarding time that’s within an hour or so, seems like they prioritize that. With several lounges at Atlanta GA International Priority Pass customers can refuel. I’ll give you a hint though, they apparently go by boarding time and didn’t ask to see my boarding pass to check in. Looked like they just wanted to leave and push the rest of the people trying to get in on the next shift. Centro de Avivamiento Centurion Club Century II Convention Center - Concert Hall. All I heard from employees was about the upcoming shift change. Belly Up / Wheeler Opera House / W Hotel / Sterling Lounge / Bad. When I get in it’s not even halfway full and it’s filthy, like they let a bunch of children just run through the place making a huge mess. At least the bussser/porter was working hard and seemed to be happy. I waited an hour and finally got tired of watching people leave without ever getting my text so I just made my way back up front and they let me in. Is this considered stealing? They had my headphone and now it got lost. I emailed the Club and was told to call the Club directly which is not helping. Now, I am still waiting for them to call me back. I did and it was a male manager who get my number to call. She told me to called back to speak to another manager on other days. I called and spoke to the manager and she denied speaking to me before and stated that no headphone was found. Two weeks later and I hadn't received my headphone. She told me that she is going to take picture of the receipt next Monday when she sent the headphone off. She took my name, phone number and address. So I called back after 2 days, I spoke to a female manager who promised to send me the headphone. I was informed by the front desk that I would call back after three to speak to the manager. I wasn't able to come back to get the headphone because we were on flight (back to Dallas). I called and was told that they had his headphone. My son forgot his headphone at the Club at Atlanta. I'm writing as a complain and also ask for help I've attached a few videos and images to substantiate my assessment. ![]() ![]() I hope you take my opinions in the best possible light as a view to improving. I also need to add our flight was 8pm boarding at 7pm so our time in the lounge was going to be limited to 2 hours. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I spoke with your manager Jeremy Ates who was very understanding and definitely instructed staff to start a clean up. So we could not sit with our phones charging. The charging stations at the tables did not work and there was a mobile charging tower that was shared by everyone. The men's toilet had only 1 functioning toilet and the smell was bad. The servery area was dirty, untidy and a mouldy oranges were on offer. The area was smelly and the floors were extremely dirty tables were cluttered with food and glasses. When we eventually entered the lounge we were unable to get seats together. They seemed more interested in taking new bookings and the people who were on waiting list or rather than us who had a pre booking reservation. On arrival we were greeted by 2 very rude, aggressive and loud staff members.
